Welcome to the Roosevelt Veterinary Center of Brewster, NY. We are proud to offer our local community a veterinary hospital that provides reasonably priced pet vaccinations, such as rabies vaccination, spay & neuter surgeries, and pet grooming. We offer full pet hospital services, from check-ups to surgery. Since we know that economic times are tough right now, we have recently reduced the cost of our traditional spay & neuter surgeries. We feel that all pet owners should have this available to them, and we do not want price to be an impediment here at our veterinary hospital!

Our veterinarian, Dr. Glassman, is a native of Newburgh, NY, and is a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy. She graduated from Ithaca Collega with a bachelor of arts in Biology. She went on to  work in the research field for ImClone Systems, where she was part of the team who researched and developed early human cancer vaccinations. Following her work in the human health field, she was inspired to work in the veterinary field, helping pets as well. Dr. Glassman attended Ross University in St. Kitts in the Caribbean, where she got her veterinary hospital degree and experience. Dr. Glassman is very devoted to the pets who are our clients, and she even offers 24-hour emergency calls in the Brewster area.

Veterinary Hospital Team

Our animal hospital team is comprised of a group of people who feel passionately about helping pets, just as Dr. Glassman does. Ms. Krystal Barette is our receptionist. She a native of Wappingers Falls and has finally found her first time pet, a cat name Romeo.

Mr. Larry Barette is a veterinary assistant, helping with procedures like pet vaccinations, who plans to pursue a veterinary degree at Mercy College. Larry is actively involved with the East Fishkill Fire District Rescue Squad and loves working with animals.

At our animal hospital, we understand that coming in to the emergency vet can be a time of high stress, so we alleviate your concerns in every way possible. If your pet is undergoing a surgery such as spay & neuter, or if your pet needs something as simple as pet grooming, a rabies vaccination, or other pet vaccinations, we pledge to give your animal the care he or she deserves.

All pets deserve to be healthy and happy, and our pet vaccinations, spay & neuter, pet grooming, and other emergency vet services are designed to make sure that your animal stays that way. When you bring your pet in to our Brewster pet hospital, we can take care of pet grooming needs, as well as any medical needs your animal may have.
